Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to your energy and needs.

How to Choose Your Session

If you’re unsure where to begin, let your body and intuition guide you, based on how deep you feel called to go:

• Choose 60 minutes to Relax, reset, and reconnect with your body
• Choose 90 minutes to Unwind more deeply and allow energy to shift
• Choose 2 hours (Signature) to Relax + receive insight and inner guidance
• Choose 3 hours to Move through deeper healing and transformation
• Choose 4 hours to Enter a profound, immersive healing experience

Most clients begin with the 2-hour Signature Session if they’re ready for both relaxation and deeper work.

Energy work is not a substitute for conventional medicine and should not be used in place of it. Energy work is a complementary therapy, meant to be used alongside other medical and therapeutic techniques.
