A Shamanic Session is a journey—a return to the deepest parts of yourself, guided by ancient wisdom and Spirit. Rooted in earth-based traditions, shamanic healing works at the energetic and soul level to bring balance, clarity, and profound transformation.
During a session, we may work with techniques such as:
Soul Retrieval – Reclaiming lost parts of yourself from past trauma or life experiences.
Cord Cutting – Releasing unhealthy energetic ties that are draining or keeping you stuck.
Intrusion Removal – Clearing foreign or heavy energies that don’t belong in your field.
Energetic Clearing – Gently sweeping away stagnant energy from your aura or body.
Shamanic Journeying – Guided visioning into non-ordinary reality to receive guidance from your spirit guides, power animals, or ancestors.
Each session is deeply personal and Spirit-led. You will lie comfortably on a massage table while I use tools such as drums, rattles, crystals, feathers, or breathwork to shift energy. You may feel sensations, emotions, memories—or simply peace. You simply relax and allow the healing to unfold.
Shamanic healing isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you remember your wholeness.
It’s for those ready to release old patterns, release what no longer serves them, reclaim their power, and reconnect with their true essence.
You don’t need to know the “how”—just come as you are. Spirit will do the rest.
