Your session begins with a check-in to see how you are doing, what brings you in, what you are hoping to receive from your session, and if you have any specific concerns to be addressed.
In the first part of your session, I will use Shamanic techniques to look for energies that are not yours. I will identify and perform extractions of any negative energies, psychic intrusions, and energetic cords that may be hindering your well-being.
We'll pause here briefly to discuss what I found and what you experienced.
The second part of your session, I will do a Soul Retreival, healing Reiki, and a Shamanic drumming journey.
We will end your session with my impressions and findings, as well as your thoughts and any questions you may have.
The session will include a combination of Shamanic healing, Reiki healing, Chakra unblocking and balancing, Shamanic drumming, and guided meditation.
